Order Tracking

All orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked services. Each delivery includes GPS confirmation, and most deliveries also include a photo at the point of delivery. Every parcel is insured for loss or damage while in transit.

There are several ways to find your tracking number.

1. Email notification
When your order is dispatched, we send an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. This normally arrives within a few minutes of the order being marked as dispatched.

2. Your online account
If you log in to your account and go to Orders
you will see a list of all your orders. From the dashboard you can view the order, download the invoice, or track the parcel directly.

If you click View on an order, the tracking information will appear at the top of that order page.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, contact us and we can resend it.

Order Tracking International

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked. Your parcel will show updates while it is handled by Royal Mail in the UK. Once it leaves the UK it is passed to your country’s delivery partner, and Royal Mail will usually not show further scans until delivery.

You can continue tracking the parcel with your local delivery agent using the same tracking number.

There is often a short gap with no updates. This is normal and usually happens while the parcel is moving between Royal Mail and your local delivery company, or while it is held by your import department for routine checks.

If duty or taxes are due, some countries hold the parcel until these charges are paid, which can delay the next scan.

Most international deliveries take around 2 to 3 weeks. South Africa, New Zealand and Australia usually take the longest.
