2mm Wide Rings
2mm wide rings are the thinnest wedding ring width we sell. At this size the band forms a very narrow line on the finger and is usually chosen by those who prefer a subtle, understated style.
These rings are available in sterling silver and titanium. Both court and flat profile shapes are available at this width, all finished in polished metal. The slim proportions create a minimal appearance while still following traditional wedding ring shapes.

About our 2mm wide rings
Materials in this range
Our 2mm rings come in two materials: sterling silver and titanium.
Titanium rings at this width are held in stock, while sterling silver rings are made to order.
Titanium is commonly used for wedding rings because of its high strength-to-weight ratio.
Sterling silver is heavier than titanium and has a bright white metal colour, which gives these narrow bands a traditional appearance despite the slim width.
Ring profiles
Court and flat profile are the two shapes available at this width.
A court profile ring has a rounded exterior surface with a curved interior for comfort on the finger. This is one of the most traditional wedding ring shapes. By contrast, flat profile rings have a straight outer surface with more defined edges, giving a slightly more modern appearance.
For a full explanation of ring cross-sections and how they affect comfort and appearance, see the Ring Profiles guide.
Width and fit
At 2mm, this is the narrowest wedding ring width in our range.
Because the band is very slim, rings at this width can sometimes feel slightly looser than wider bands in the same finger size. Wider rings make greater contact with the finger, which can change how the fit feels depending on the ring gauge used.
Further guidance on choosing a suitable band width can be found in the Ring Width Guide.
Engraving
Rings at this width are too narrow to engrave.
If engraving is required, customers should consider the slightly wider 3mm Wide Rings range instead, which provides enough surface area for internal engraving.
Further details about engraving options and limitations are available on the Engraving Information page.
