Silver Bangles
Silver bangles in this range are made from sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% other alloys for strength. Each piece carries a full UK hallmark confirming the silver content and the assay office that tested it. All bangles are solid silver throughout, not hollow.
The designs vary in how they are worn. Torque styles have a gap where the wrist slides in sideways. Fully closed bangles pass over the hand. One design opens with a clasp before being fastened on the wrist. Cuff styles have a wider opening and are intended to fit tighter to the wrist. How a bangle goes on determines how size should be chosen.

Sterling silver
Sterling silver is used because pure silver is too soft to hold its shape in everyday jewellery. The full UK hallmark confirms both the silver purity and the assay office responsible for testing. It has a bright, clean white appearance with a highly reflective surface that shows detail clearly on both polished and brushed finishes. Styles and designs
The Silver Slender Heart Bangle weighs 9.8g and has a slim polished band with an open elongated heart at the front. It is a torque style, so the wrist slides in sideways. The Elegant Silver Twist Bangle at 11g uses two polished wires that separate at the centre to create a raised twist. It is also a torque design and is handmade in Mexico by Tianguis Jackson, part of our Tianguis Jackson Silver Jewellery range. The Silver Celtic Loose Knot Bangle weighs 12g and has a fixed open knot at the front, again worn as a torque style.
At 15.8g, the Silver Ribbon Twist Bangle is fully closed and uses a central ring clasp. The hook opens, the bangle slides over the hand, then fastens. The Silver Russian Wedding Bangle weighs 32.7g and consists of three separate 4mm bands linked together, moving as one piece, and is pushed over the hand. The Silver Cuff Swangle Bangle at just over 40g is a wide polished cuff with turned edges, worn by sliding the wrist through the opening. The Silver Wide Brushed Cuff Bangle weighs 41.9g, with a brushed centre and polished edges, and is also worn as a cuff. This piece is handmade in Mexico by Tianguis Jackson.
Sizing and fit
Sizing depends on how the bangle is worn. Torque styles are fitted by wrist measurement, as they do not pass over the hand. The Russian Wedding Bangle must pass over the hand, so the inside diameter is the key measurement. The Ribbon Twist Bangle opens before being worn, so inside diameter also applies. Cuff styles slide directly onto the wrist and are designed to sit close, so wrist measurement is used for fit.
