Some orders include a removable 360 ID security tag.

The tag allows you to try the ring at home for size and comfort before deciding whether to keep it, while ensuring the item remains clearly identifiable if it needs to be returned.

Most orders are not supplied with a tag. It is used occasionally, typically on higher-value items or in specific situations.

Trying the ring on

You can try the ring on for fit and comfort with the tag attached. The tag does not prevent normal handling or checking how the ring feels on the finger.

If you decide the ring is not suitable, it can be returned in the usual way with the tag still attached.

Keeping the ring

If you decide to keep the ring, simply remove the tag.

Once the tag has been removed, the ring is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return.

Why tags are used

The tag helps to:

• Enable home try-on for certain higher-value items
• Maintain clear identification during returns
• Ensure consistent handling of returned jewellery

Each tag is uniquely identified and linked to the original order.

Important notes

Rings returned without the tag attached cannot be accepted for refund.

Removing the tag does not affect your statutory rights.
