How our reviews work

Titan Jewellery Reviews include feedback collected across different versions of our website and review systems.

Reviews written prior to March 2026 were collected using the Soapbox review platform as part of our previous Sellerdeck ecommerce system. These reviews were created through post-purchase invitations and reflect genuine customer experiences.

In March 2026, Titan Jewellery migrated from Sellerdeck to WooCommerce and adopted CusRev as our review partner. This formed part of our wider website transition.

Historical reviews were imported so that earlier customer feedback remained visible.

Verification status cannot be transferred between review platforms. Because of this, reviews originally submitted through Soapbox cannot display a verified badge within the CusRev system, even though they were invited after purchase.

Only reviews submitted directly through CusRev from March 2026 onwards can carry a verified badge, and only where a customer chooses to verify their purchase.

All displayed reviews represent authentic customer feedback.

Google Reviews

As of March 2026, Titan Jewellery has 120 Google Reviews.

These reviews are hosted independently by Google and sit alongside our on-site Titan Jewellery Reviews. They are not affected by changes to our website platform or review software.

Company history

Prior to Titan Jewellery, the business operated under the websites QualitySilver.co.uk and QualityTitanium.co.uk.

In 2012, the Titan brand was established as its own company, specialising exclusively in Titan Jewellery products.

In 2023, Quality Silver and Quality Titanium were merged into the Titan Jewellery brand. This change consolidated operations under a single name while continuing to offer the same products.

Some older reviews may reference these historic trading names. These reviews relate to the same workshop, the same staff, and the same product ranges operating under a previous business name.
