We want you to feel confident ordering from us. Most qualifying items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. This page gives a simple overview of how our returns work.
We include a returns form with every parcel. If you decide to send something back, fill in the form and return the item in its original packaging where possible. Returns are made at your own cost and risk.
Refunds
You can return any qualifying item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn other than trying on.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item.
- Refunds are always returned to the original payment method and the original purchaser.
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We can exchange any qualifying item within 30 days of delivery.
- The first finger-size exchange is free of charge.
- Further size changes are returned at our standard Tracked 24 rate.
- Before returning a ring for a different size, please check on the website or with us that the size you want is available.
If you prefer to check the fit before engraving, you can order the ring plain first. Once you are happy with the size, you can return it later for engraving.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Engraved items
- Personalised items
- Custom items made specifically to your instructions
- Any item altered to your specification
Exception: Precious metal wedding rings that are made to order can be refunded or exchanged.
If you are unsure about your size or want to confirm the style in person, ordering without engraving first is a safe option. Engraving can be added later once you are happy with the fit.
