Processing Times

Most items on our website are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Each product page shows its own expected processing time. Standard stock items usually show 1 to 2 working days. This timeframe refers to the period needed to prepare and dispatch your order.

Processing times apply to the product only. If you add engraving or other custom services, the additional time advertised on the product or service will apply.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Same day dispatch

Some items are available for same day dispatch. These items will show an estimated delivery date if ordered before the cut-off time.

• Same day dispatch is guaranteed only for Special Delivery.
• Orders must be placed before the cut-off time of 1pm.
• If the service is available, we prioritise these orders ahead of all others.

If we are oversubscribed for same day processing, the date shown will adjust automatically to the next available dispatch day.

Delivery dates will not be shown during periods where we cannot guarantee a faster service, such as public holidays, planned closures, severe weather or Royal Mail disruption.

Delivery speed upgrades

You can upgrade postage to Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. These services usually arrive sooner than our free delivery option, and we prioritise processing in the following order:

1. Special Delivery
2. Tracked 24
3. Tracked 48
4. Free delivery

Upgraded postage is not refunded if an order is returned. It is considered an upgrade to speed rather than a basic delivery charge.

If delivery speed is not important, our free delivery option is available on almost all orders and is used by most customers.
