Delivery Information

This page explains the delivery options available, estimated timescales and how orders are prioritised when processed.

1. Free UK delivery

Free delivery is available on all UK orders.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days.

Free delivery is not prioritised. Processing may take a few working days before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

2. Tracked 48 (Royal Mail)
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 working days.
This is not a guaranteed service.

3. Tracked 24 (Royal Mail)
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 working days.
This is not a guaranteed service.

4. Special Delivery (Royal Mail)
Estimated delivery time: next working day after dispatch. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm Monday to Friday.
Special Delivery is not guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Orders placed before 1pm may be dispatched the same day, depending on workload and product type. Made-to-order and engraved items cannot be expedited by choosing a faster postage option.

5. How we process orders
Orders are processed based on the delivery service selected:
• Urgent or time-sensitive orders are prioritised under Special Delivery.
• Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are processed next.
• Free delivery orders are processed once priority orders have been completed.

6. International delivery
Delivery times vary by country. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

For all international orders:
• import duties
• customs charges
• taxes
• and any local compliance requirements

are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers must ensure the item they are importing is permitted under the laws of their country.

7. Dispatch limitations
Items that are engraved, personalised or made to order may require additional time before dispatch. Selecting a faster delivery service does not reduce the production time of these items.
