About Titan Jewellery
Titan Jewellery is a UK-based jewellery business specialising in alternative metal jewellery, including titanium, tungsten carbide, zirconia ceramic, and silver designs.
The business was originally founded online in January 2003 under the name Quality Silver by husband and wife team Jason and Helen Beer, who continue to run the company today.
Jason began working as a goldsmith in 1988, gaining experience across a number of jewellery businesses in the local area. Helen brought a background in accounts and customer service, having previously worked in London. Their combined experience formed the basis of the business, with a focus on practical knowledge, accurate sizing, and clearly specified products.
The original website was launched to sell well-made silver jewellery at a time when consistent quality on the High Street was becoming harder to find. From the outset, products were selected on the basis of construction and finish, with an emphasis on solid designs rather than hollow or lightweight items.
As the business developed, alternative materials began to play a larger role in jewellery manufacturing. Titanium, in particular, proved popular with customers, leading to the launch of a dedicated titanium website in 2005. Further expansion followed into materials such as tungsten carbide and zirconia ceramic.
In 2008, the business began designing and manufacturing its own jewellery ranges alongside selected third-party products. These in-house designs quickly became the strongest-performing lines. In 2010, the Titan Jewellery brand was established, and TitanJewellery.co.uk was launched as a standalone website dedicated exclusively to alternative material jewellery.
For a period, the business operated from Jewellery Workshop Maidstone, which also acted as a stockist for the Titan Jewellery range. Titan Jewellery was based there until 2023, when operations moved to the Innovation Centre in Medway. The Jewellery Workshop Maidstone business was subsequently sold in 2025, with Titan Jewellery continuing independently.
Titan Jewellery now operates across two locations. Business administration and order management are based at the Innovation Centre in Medway. Jewellery production and engraving are carried out at a separate workshop location close to Rochester Airport.
One of the long-standing focuses of Titan Jewellery has been size availability. Rather than limiting stock to only common sizes, many designs are held in extended size ranges. Depending on the product, sizes are available from small UK sizes through to Z+12, allowing customers to select designs based on preference rather than compromise.
In September 2013, Titan Jewellery received a small business award from Theo Paphitis, recognising the growth and development of the website and its product range.
Today, Titan Jewellery continues to operate as an independent, family-run business, supplying customers throughout the UK with clearly specified jewellery designed and produced with a practical understanding of fit, materials, and manufacture.
